Practice Accounts and Tax Senior
We currently have a position available for an experienced senior to deal with accounts and tax for businesses and companies.
Requirements
You will have relevant practice experience in respect of the preparation of accounts, tax compliance, bookkeeping and VAT.
The role will involve dealing with the accounting and tax requirements for owner managed businesses, from sole traders and partnerships through to limited companies, to a standard suitable for partner review.
It will include the preparation of annual accounts from source documentation as well as from client bookkeeping records, both manual and computerised.
In respect of tax, you will be able to produce a tax computation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies including making any relevant add backs such as private use and other disallowable items.
You will be able to assist in the training of more junior staff, and be able to liaise with clients to explain their accounting and tax affairs clearly.
